Description

As a Senior Business Analyst on DMC's Digital Workplace Solutions team, you'll help clients streamline operations with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused role blends business analysis, project management, low-code development, and pre-sales work to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities
Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements
Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation

Requirements

3–5+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+)

Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills

Experience with SharePoint, Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps), and / or custom software, including low-code development (configuring and customizing platforms)

Pre-sales experience (answering sales calls, managing / documenting leads)

Self-motivated and independently drives projects

Keeps business goals in mind when designing technical solutions

$110,000—$135,000 USD
