Job description

Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts has an exciting Operations Support Engineering summer internship opening at ourPACCAR PartsDistribution Center in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directlyindustry professionals, gaining exposure and experience in multipledepartmentalprojects.

  • Learn first-hand from top industry professionals
  • Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
  • Develop mentoring relationships withindustry leaders
  • Gain valuable hands-on experience

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Supportimprovements underthe guidance of the Operations Quality Manager
  • Identify requirements and execute action plans for on-going projects
  • Research and develop innovative hardware and leading-edge technologies to support PDC operations.
  • Collaborate and assist in project implementations.
  • Support Distribution Center focused systems and projects.

    • Qualifications

  • Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-motivation and energetic personality
  • Team-oriented
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Categorical Data desired

    • Education

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Junior or senior standing preferred

    The salary range for our intern positions is as follows :

  • Undergraduate Students : $25.00 / Hour
  • Graduate Students : $30.00 / Hour
  • Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
