Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Gpac has partnered with general contractors looking to add a Superintendent to their team. They are specifically looking for an individual with large project experience, preferably $40M and up. What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations, and an unmatched performance-based bonus program! They are looking for an individual with experience in healthcare, higher education, commercial office or industrial manufacturing.

Superintendent Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
