Shape the future of investing with our Investment Management Program, a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This dynamic two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management. Through two 12-month rotations across areas like Real Estate Asset Management, Multi-Asset Strategies (MAST), Infrastructure Equity, Fixed Income Research, and Private Markets Product Development, you'll gain broad exposure to the investment landscape while building a strong foundation for your career. As part of GRO, you'll benefit from mentorship, leadership access, and a collaborative community that supports your growth and helps you discover your passion for the world of investments.

Position Responsibilities :

• Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back, middle, and front office exposure
• Work with a variety of Assignment Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge
• Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm

Working Arrangement : Hybrid

Salary range is expected to be between $60,375.00 USD - $100,625.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
