Position : ICU RN – Night Shift\nShift : 3x12-Hour Nights (07 : 00 PM – 07 : 00 AM)\nStart : ASAP\n\nRequirements : \n\nMinimum 2 years recent / consecutive ICU experience in a hospital / acute care setting\n\nBLS & ACLS required\n\nKnowledge of medication scanning required\n\nWillingness to float to other campuses (Bucyrus, Galion) if census drops\n\nSchedule & Time-Off : \n\nEvery other weekend (EOW) required\n\nNo RTO for holidays or specified dates : 11 / 22 / 2025–11 / 30 / 2025, 12 / 20 / 2025–1 / 4 / 2026\n\nSubmit all other time-off requests; maximum 7 days\n\nStaffing : \n\nTypical ICU ratio 1 : 5\n\nSummary : \nSeeking an experienced ICU Night RN for a hospital setting with flexible float coverage. This role requires strong critical care skills, medication scanning experience, and adherence to strict holiday and time-off guidelines.
