Compensation and benefits

Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (base salary, bonus / variable, and RSUs) aligned to role, level, and geography. Eligible roles may receive an RSU award at hire and potential annual RSU refresh grants. A new hire RSU award and above-market equity refreshes may be provided in accordance with company policy. The base salary range for this position varies by city, knowledge, skills, and experience.
