Job descriptionDays : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (M-F with weekend rotations) Directs and supervises Unit Managers, Supervisors and Charge Nurses RN / LPN Trains, supports and assists as needed Communicates effectively with Director of Nursing Performs other required duties Graduate of accredited nursing program Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) 5 years long-term care experience preferred 2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred CPR / BLS / AED and IV certification required Nurses, certified nursing assistants, shadow aides.
