Position Description :
The Senior Coordinator, Transition plays a vital role in ensuring seamless client onboarding by managing all documentation from initial contact through implementation handoff. This position serves as the critical link between the sales and implementation teams, expertly handling the collection, preparation, and processing of all required new client paperwork.

- This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.
What you do :
Prepare comprehensive new client documentation with precision and efficiency to support sales team objectives.Verify all documentation is complete and accurate before sending externally for signature.Distribute finalized paperwork for signature to appropriate stakeholders including Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors, and Third-Party Administrators.Engage via telephone and written correspondence with prospective and existing clients to address inquiries.Proactively follow up on all outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.Deliver prompt, accurate responses to questions from both the sales team and external stakeholders.Track and monitor new plan submissions throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial request through handoff to implementation.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various plan types, including their specific features and documentation requirements.Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to prevent delays in the transition process.Provide support to team members during periods of high volume or specialized needs.Contribute to continuous improvement of transition processes and procedures.What you bring :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required1-3 years related experience requiredRetirement experience is preferred
