THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking success driven customer service team players. If you have a passion for financial and lending services and working with the public, we would like to offer you the needed training for your professional growth in the lending industry. Our goals are achievable and we'll give you all of the training required to know what to do. This is not a remote offer position.

Key responsibilities for this position:

• Collections Management: Managing daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments.
• Campaigns and Prospecting: Executing renewal campaigns, managing leads, and scheduling appointments with clients.
• Customer Service: Utilizing active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Administration and Operations: Supporting log control, maintaining office order, and performing general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional attendance and punctuality, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Our ideal candidate)

• Experience in sales and collections preferred. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, (Retail, Sales, Financial Services).
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day (50 calls daily minimum)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer (typing speed 40 wpm minimum, use of word, excel).
• Self-motivated and a strong desire for professional growth
• Open to receive constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business.
• High School diploma or College preferred.
