About the Role
Were seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant in a part-time capacity. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain formal work experience. Youll start by supporting general office operations and administrative tasks, with opportunities to assist in internal projects and events.
Responsibilities
Office Administration :
- Greet clients and visitors at our Marietta office (189 Cobb Pkwy)
- Manage incoming / outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Deposit checks and send receipts to accounting
- Transfer calls, texts, and emails to appropriate team members
- Maintain and update office inventory monthly
Department Support :
Translate for Spanish-speaking clientsUpdate databases and client recordsPrepare care packages for clients and providersAssist with new hire swag and equipment setupSupport firm-wide event planningPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Based in Greater Atlanta, GA with a flexible scheduleValid Drivers License and clean driving recordReliable transportation requiredAbility to lift up to 70 lbsComfortable sitting or standing for extended periodsAvailable to work occasional evenings and weekends, with flexibility for last-minute eventsStrong attention to detail and customer service skillsLegal background or studies is a plusDetails
