The elegant Capital Hilton is searching for a full-time Sales Administrative Assistant to join their team! Located just blocks from the capitals best attractions this property has 559 rooms 30000 square feet of banquet space and 3 food and beverage outlets.
Our ideal candidate will possess sales / events administrative assistant experience or relatable experience in a hospitality environment with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks.
Shift Pattern : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday
Compensation : $21.00 to $25.00 per hour (final offer based on experience)

What will I be doing
As a Sales Administrative Assistant you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Marketing team in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
Responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals and / or contracts to advise prospective customers primarily of the hotel guest rooms but also meeting space and / or banquet date space and rate availability.
In addition to performance of the above essential functions this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
