We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise in cost accounting, EAC development, and invoicing for GovCon projects. If you have experience with Unanet and the ability to obtain a security clearance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • All aspects of program finance to include planning, forecasting, and variance analysis (for example : monthly Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan).
  • Perform month-end close activities, variance analysis and account reconciliations for various balance sheet and P&L accounts related to the assigned programs.
  • Perform cost accounting and ensure compliance with FAR / DFARS regulations.
  • Manage invoicing and billing processes accurately and on time.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Support WBS set-up, maintenance, and oversight as required (daily & weekly) to support all program needs accurately.
  • Utilize Unanet for project accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Assist with audits and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Review inventory balances, unbilled / deferred, backlog, Accounts Receivables (AR), and related reserves, working closely with the Program Management team.

Preferred Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Experience in executing automation & digital transformation.
  • Experience supporting multiple contract vehicles.
  • Experience with proposal process and financial CDRLs.
  • Experience with EAC development and variance analysis.
  • Familiarity with FAR / DFARS compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a government contracting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and GovCon compliance.
  • Proficiency in Unanet or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Requirements :
