About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Head of Information Security to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and enhance our security posture. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy that protects our digital assets, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and supports our organization's growth. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Designing and implementing an enterprise‑wide information security strategy
• Conducting regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• Overseeing security operations including monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response
• Managing vendor security risk and promoting security awareness across the organization
• Staying up-to-date with emerging threats and recommending modern security tools and technologies

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred). We require a minimum of 7 years of experience in telecom, broadband, or highly regulated IT environments, with at least 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership position. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and a strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and operations is essential. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively report on the performance of the security program to executive leadership. This role requires less than 10% travel.
