Executive Chef

Executive Chef – Brick Tavern Inn, Quakertown, PA

The Brick Tavern Inn is accepting resumes for the position of Executive Chef. We are looking for a hands-on Chef and Manager, experienced in high volume, who will work alongside their team while training, developing, and supporting a great and valued staff.

The award-winning Brick Tavern Inn, nestled in the Quakertown countryside, has a rich history, always with the goal of creating memorable dining experiences. The menu is rich and varied as New American Cuisine set in a relaxed country dining environment.  Both fine dining and upscale casual menu items are always available. Their venues are numerous from the idyllic patio al fresco seating, to the dining room, private dining space, and cozy bars.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years management experience and oversight in the day-to-day operations of a busy and very high-volume restaurant and bar.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Ability to interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop a talented staff.
• Experienced in overseeing the FOH management and staff with proven success
• Ability to create efficiencies in food production, manage a payroll, and creatively staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and POS systems
• Up to date and current with the latest restaurant trends
• Knowledge and experience with special events and private events
• Effective interpersonal skills in communicating with customers, staff, management, owners, and suppliers.
