Job descriptionProvide expert support for Dynamics NAV 2016 across departments. Assist in the planning and rollout of D365 Business Central. Troubleshoot ERP issues and deliver user support and training. Collaborate with teams to align business processes with ERP workflows. Develop SQL reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Support data migration, system upgrades, and integrations. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2016 or later). Strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations. Eagerness to learn and work with Business Central. Experience with SQL, AL, or EDI is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
