Construction Supervisor(USA)

Represent the owner on-site to ensure construction quality, schedule, and contract compliance

Provide daily on site progress reports and photos, and compile construction issues to support the owner's decision-making

• 監督承包商執行土建、機電（MEP）、空調系統等工程

Oversee general contractor work in civil, MEP, and HVAC systems

• 出席工地會議，並擔任業主與承包商 / 設計師 / 監造之間的溝通橋樑

Attend construction meetings and serve as liaison between the owner, contractors, designers, and inspectors

• 協助現場安全檢查與施工品質控制

Assist with on-site safety checks and quality assurance / quality control (QA / QC)

• 建廠完成後，可能續任為本廠
• 設施工程師（Facilities Engineer）
• ，負責電力系統、空調系統、其他機電設施及廠房建築的維護或汰換工作
