Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment

- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
- Assist with repairs, installations, and upgrades of facilities and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements :
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building trades, or related fieldKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systemsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyPhysical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periodsRelevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus
