Reports To : Program Sponsor and Engineering Leadership About the Team The Bizchat Experiences team is at the forefront of delivering seamless collaboration within Microsoft 365 Copilot. We focus on building intuitive UI, robust API layers, and orchestrating release management to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of innovative features. Role Overview As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, and stakeholder teams. You'll drive the planning, execution, and release of Bizchat features, ensuring alignment with compliance, performance, and customer expectations. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly influence how Microsoft delivers next-generation collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities - Facilitate v-team Shiproom meetings, bug bashes, and triage sessions for Project Catalyst. - Attend scrums and follow up on action items to closure. - Manage backlogs and track bugs / asks using Azure DevOps (ADO). - Oversee partner onboarding for BizChat on M365 Apps, maintaining documentation and collaborating with DRIs. - Maintain a unified view of onboarding status, risks, and timelines. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks to release success (e.g., dependencies, bugs, regressions). - Coordinate capacity planning and traffic projections with capacity champions. - Ensure compliance and sign-offs for Privacy, Security, RAI, Internationalization, and Accessibility. - Track and coordinate rollouts for special cloud environments. - Align with Marketing and Product teams on customer communications (e.g., CCH, MCPs). - Continuously improve onboarding processes and tooling to support a self-serve model and predictable releases.

Candidate Profile Must-Have Skills & Experience Skill AreaRequirements Release & Risk Management 5+ years managing release cycles, running shiprooms, scrums Tools & Platforms 5+ years with Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, M365 Office, MS Teams Communication & Collaboration Strong verbal / written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Technical Fluency Ability to engage with engineers and understand technical concepts SDLC Knowledge Deep understanding of software production, quality control, and distribution processes Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - PMI or PMP certification
