This position can be based out of either Minneapolis or Brainerd, MN.

Job Summary

Provide leadership of fundraising event efforts, including oversight for planning, implementation, and measurement of assigned events in support of organizational goals. Events are highly visible both internally and externally; they represent a key brand touchpoint for Mn Adult & Teen Challenge. This position collaborates with Donor Relations in management of all involved parties that help plan and host events, as well as supervises an Event Coordinator.

• Participate / drive planning and implementation of assigned events in order to engage donor audiences, meet fundraising goals, and advancing organizational goals. Coordinate with the internal team and local vendors to plan and implement all events efficiently.
• Ensure consistency across events.
• Track event expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Communicate with timely reports as events proceed from conception to post-event evaluations and recommendations. Provide a summary of attendance, brief financial and overall wins.
• Keep accurate event registration records and contact lists.
• Work with the marketing team for design of all event materials.
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with stakeholders to kick off and plan events.

Target Compensation (Negotiable based on qualifications) : $52,000-$55,000 / year
