Location : Downey, California

Salary : $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout California. You will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure online platform, helping clients navigate a range of mental health and relationship challenges.

What You'll Do :

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and peer consultations (virtually)
• Uphold ethical and legal standards of care
• Active LMFT license in the state of California (required)
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
