As a Procurement Operation Manager, you'll play a vital role in HP's global supply chain, ensuring our air freight operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work with teams across the world, manage relationships with freight partners, and help deliver on our promise of excellence to customers.
Key responsibilities include overseeing global air freight capacity planning and operational strategy, managing a network of freight forwarders and charter partners to meet delivery and cost goals, monitoring and reporting on air freight delivery and cost KPIs, ensuring sufficient air capacity through annual RFQs, ad hoc charters, and spot buys, staying ahead of market trends and solutions, building strong relationships with carriers and charter companies, enabling key supply chain initiatives with innovative air freight solutions, leading complex supply chain categories, developing and executing sourcing strategies that support HP's vision and goals, fostering effective communication and collaboration across global teams and time zones, and championing digital fluency and customer-centricity in every aspect of procurement.

Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working virtually with global teams across different time zones, language skills (English required; Chinese and Thai are a plus), ability to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges, and results-oriented, agile learner, and digitally fluent.

The base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
