Job Overview :
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative that MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE to join our team and champion our customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring every interaction with Tarter is exceptional, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. This role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Consistently strive to hit revenue generating growth goals.
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively, including Sales, Logistics, and Product Development.
- Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Requirements :
Associates Degree in Business or Sales required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant experience in these or similar fields.Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, ideally in a manufacturing or retail environment.Sales experience required.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first mindset.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.TARTER IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
