Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for all self-performed and subcontracted work on the Indianapolis project.
• Implement and enforce a strong safety culture with regular inspections and compliance checks.
• Manage jobsite sequencing, logistics, personnel, and materials to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain consistent quality standards and deliver work that exceeds client expectations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, leading meetings to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Mentor, coach, and build a strong on-site project team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and partners.
• Participate in cost tracking, staffing, and closeout activities including punch lists and training.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges with forward-thinking solutions to keep projects on track.
• Represent the company professionally while traveling and on-site with clients and partners.
