Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on understanding the needs of union members and delivering solutions that enhance their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Union members to understand their needs, build trust, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Proactively manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and appointments.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, with a focus on value and long-term satisfaction.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with union representatives and members to drive customer loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
