Anheuser-Busch Beats Senses Student Brand Manager

Anheuser-Busch is seeking part-time Beats Senses Student Brand Managers for the fall semester at Arizona State University & University of Arizona.   • Must be 21+
  • Must be a student at Arizona State University or University of Arizona.
  • Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access.
  • Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate / report while in the field.
  • Must have Excel and PPT experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be available to work nights & weekends.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities :

  • Passion for meeting new people and networking on campus / in the community.
  • Represent the brand to accounts, consumers and community groups in a positive manner.
  • Assist with merchandising accounts.
  • Perform pre-calls and checklists in preparation for sampling events.
  • Responsible for activation recaps, metrics, and overall event success.
  • Submit program deliverables (i.e. recapping and reporting) accurately and on time each week.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and the local wholesaler.
  • Manage local assets and materials.
  • Knowledge of local events and campus activities
  • Identify community engagement opportunities and host local events / sponsorships.

    Position Summary

    The Intern provides day-to-day and project support across multiple groups or business units as required by business needs

    Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment. Internships are offered in the following areas :

    Sales & Marketing, Retail Teams, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Retail, IT

    Internship Criteria

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Applicants must be attending any accredited, two or four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited
  • Graduate Master's or MBA program, in the United States
  • Applicants must be senior status or have graduated during the previous year
  • Applicants need to have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Applicants will be required to submit at least two personal letters of recommendation
  • Applicants must be working towards a Business or Business related major. Some applicable majors are :

  • Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading or assisting in the completion of business unit projects as assigned
  • Assist the business unit team with day-to-day work that covers activities across the division
  • Assist in developing new systems, reports and analytics to support business unit needs
  • Audit / review documents submitted for completeness and accuracy
  • Work with others in the business unit group on initiatives aimed at process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education Level : (Required) : High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

    Field of Study / Area of Experience : coursework emphasis in applicable major

    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
