As a Digital Services Manager at LPL Financial, you'll play a pivotal role in our Client Success team. Your responsibilities include leading a talented group of approximately 15 Service representatives. You'll guide them in delivering exceptional service to our valued investors and advisors across live chat, web inquiries, and email. Your mission is to provide real-time coaching, develop your team's capabilities, and ensure clients receive service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Pay Range : $64,800-$108,000 / year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
