• Odessa, Midland, or Dallas Metroplex (occasional travel to West Texas and DFW – all travel expenses paid)
• Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, and adoptions.
• Represent clients in hearings and trials across West Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals to provide exceptional client service.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and advocacy.
• Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas State Bar license (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of family law practice, with trial experience.
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team environment.
