Job Responsibilities

• Guide Medicaid-eligible individuals and families through the HIPP / Premium Assistance program via phone or correspondence.
• Verify and document existing health coverage for Medicaid recipients and their dependents.
• Identify potential candidates for HIPP / Premium Assistance and assist with eligibility documentation.
• Maintain and update case files during enrolment cycles, premium reviews, and payment processes.
• Process and track premium payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct case maintenance and audits, updating records for changes or escalations.
