Senior Lead - Programmer Analyst

Execute and deliver Property & Casualty Insurance projects, utilize partner products, tools, and platforms, and deliver the projects using Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Utilize insurance domain-specific applications and platforms. Apply PMS, CMS, and Billing systems, and translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions for the product. Design, develop, and test applications using Mainframe technologies and tools like COBOL, COBOL / 400, SQL / 400, CL / 400, STRDBG, STRCM, Rational Developer for i (RDi), JCL, VSAM, REXX, DB2, DB2-LUW, CONTROL-M, CICS, SPUFI, QMF, MQ-SERIES, EASYTRIEVE, HP-ALM, JIRA, GIT, FILE-AID, Toad v9.1, CHANGEMAN, ENDEVOR, and XPEDITOR. Migrate mainframe technology-based Insurance logistic platform onto Windows platform using Micro Focus suite of products like Micro Focus Enterprise Developer, Micro Focus Enterprise Server, and Micro Focus Net Express. Responsible for Project Delivery, Release management, Warranty Support, Technical Reviews, and Quality Metrics preparation. Utilize mainframe modernization, integration with distributed systems, and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp / Mech / Electronic) or related field such as business or management information systems, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties / technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
