Cashiering Analyst II

A company is looking for a Cashiering Analyst II to process mortgage payments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate posting of funds to consumer accounts via multiple payment mediums

Resolve research requests and process unapplied funds and payments for liquidations

Review daily reporting to balance and reconcile batches while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in cash management processes or relevant mortgage servicing departments

Knowledge of cashiering processes and consumer protection laws impacting escrow operations

Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven

Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center equipment / software programs

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
