Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized care to patients. You will collaborate with a team of inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to develop and assess individualized care plans. Your role includes caring for patients through preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. You will be responsible for patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions while practicing within the guidelines set forth by the Nurse Practice Act and related regulations.
