Must have an active License in hand and have at least 2 years of recent pharmacist experience as a Pharmacist . Requirements

• Current Resume
• Active License as an pharmacist
• Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications for pharmacist
• 2 current leadership references
