Maintenance Manager
Overview
A leading packaging manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations in a high-speed production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and automated systems who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all maintenance activities for plant equipment and systems
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with operational standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain organized storage areas
- Coordinate and oversee on-site contractors and service providers
- Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Assess training needs and support continuous skill development
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for maintenance staff
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to support production efficiency and reliability

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance leadership within manufacturing or related industriesStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer-controlled machineryProven experience managing maintenance teams in a fast-paced production settingExcellent organizational and leadership skillsSolid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and general industrial equipmentPhysical Requirements
