Warehouse Specialist

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will join our Planning & Logistics team and play an essential part in our mission to provide the world with affordable and environment-friendly deliveries. Every day, our robots are completing thousands of autonomous deliveries in the US, UK and Europe, and we're hitting records on an almost weekly basis.
Your main responsibilities are :
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring high standards of accuracy across all stock locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts (audits) and record all inventory transactions.
- Perform essential quality checks on incoming shipments to ensure they meet required standards.
- Execute the complete order fulfillment process : accurately process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Ensure the accuracy of both inbound receiving and outbound shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions using internal systems (Jira, NetSuite, Cargoson), ensuring data integrity.
- Safely and efficiently operate essential warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization, flow, and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all company regulations, actively contributing to a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Operations or a similar logistics role.Good working knowledge of ERP and / or WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, etc.).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.Solid understanding and practical knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.Want to learn more about our robots and our people?
