About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a thriving Community Level III NICU in a beautiful Southern California location. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a collaborative and supportive environment with comprehensive 24 / 7 in-house coverage.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide expert clinical care to newborns in a Community Level III NICU
- Manage infants in a high-volume delivery hospital with approximately 2,000 births annually
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary perinatology team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing neonatal care
- Offer compassionate care while working closely with families and healthcare teams
- Provide continuous 24 / 7 in-house clinical coverage
