Compensation : $100,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experienceProvide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volumeHold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needsHave local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoodConsistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipelineQualifications :
A successful and proven sales history is preferredAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Tech savvySelf motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyShow good organizational and time management skillsAbout Company
