Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is currently seeking a Claims Representative to join our team in Taunton, MA. The Claims Representative will follow Claims guidelines in reporting customer and other claimant property damage, garage keeper, faulty work, and other property liability damage claims to Sullivan Tire's insurer when indicated. This individual may handle small claims such as glass or rim damage directly with the claimant/customer when no liability investigation is needed. The role requires decision making to determine liability, assess damage, resolve customer service concerns, and written and verbal communicate with store managers, customer and claimants. Time management is required to move claims toward resolution. The Claim Representative works independently, schedules tasks and manages a caseload of claims.
