Job description$1,200–$1,400 weekly once solo Guaranteed weekly pay during 4–6 weeks of training Stop pay, detention pay, and layover pay Weekly direct deposit Performance incentives for safe, efficient driving Home every 2 weeks for a full 48-hour reset Rider program after training Pet policy after training (one dog under 30 lbs) 24 / 7 dispatch and safety support Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid hands-on mentor training (4–6 weeks) Guaranteed weekly trainee pay Smooth transition to full solo earnings Valid CDL-A and 21+ years old 120+ hours CDL school OR 6 months recent experience Stable employment history DOT physical & drug screen Safe MVR and PSP No SAP drivers

What You’ll Run
- Eastern Seaboard regional routes
- Average 2,500 miles per week once solo
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Assigned automatic tractor (take-home truck)
- Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, and International with APU
