Role Description :

We're looking for multiple Senior Software Engineers to help build the core software systems that power Gridware's platform, from backend services managing our distributed fleet of devices, to the front-end tools that visualize grid health, fleet diagnostics, and real-time events in the field.

You'll work across the stack to design and scale systems that connect hardware, firmware, and cloud infrastructure that enables reliable communication, fleet visibility, and faster decision-making. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that spans software, data, and operations, giving you the opportunity to shape how our technology supports and protects critical infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack systems in collaboration with data science and operations teams to analyze power grid events worldwide in real time.
• Build and maintain backend services in collaboration with firmware teams that enable command and control of our fleet of thousands of distributed sensors.
• Developing full-stack systems in collaboration with data science and operations teams to monitor and improve the health of our fleet.
• Design and build integrations with our utility customers' asset management systems.
• Champion engineering best practices around testing, observability, and continuous deployment to ensure reliability at scale.
