Customer Specialist (Sales Agent)

Compensation : $16.50 / hr + Product Sales

Responsibilities :

This person will be someone who will provide support to the dealership's service department by welcoming customers into our service department. Some of the responsibilities will include :

Listening carefully to customers and documenting details of their questions and concerns carefully

Providing transparency to customers with consistent updates throughout their repair process

Working as a team with your service admin and technicians

Building repeat business through consistent follow-up techniques with customers

Staging vehicles and shuttle customers as needed

We're Looking For :

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of detail orientation and accuracy

Proven experience working within a team environment

Familiarity with using Microsoft Office
