Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally feel the same. A Restaurant Manager with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.
Expectations
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain cost-effective supply chains.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage budgets, and control costs.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive traffic and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualification
3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar, fine dining and casual dining preferred).Any relevant F&B, hospitality, marketing certification is a plus.Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software.Ideal Candidate
