Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician in Tobaccoville, NC

Pay starting between $35-36 / HR

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Siemens and other PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot variable frequency and DC motor drive systems.
• Work from various vendor-provided schematics.
• Use common electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Troubleshoot to determine the root cause of equipment failure and perform corrective maintenance accordingly.
• Effectively communicate with peers and management.
• Perform Quality Instrumentation Calibration Checks.
• Conduct Monthly Electrical Cabinet inspections and cleaning.
• Perform Daily Machine CILs to confirm machine settings and functionality ensuring product quality.
• Shadow Cell Technicians to learn machine operation and function for troubleshooting and repairing machine issues.
• Design and assemble electrical control cabinets.
• Complete EHS-required training and follow operational procedures.

Work Environment

A very clean working environment within a fully climate-controlled facility. Access a large facility with a court available to all employees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.54 - $35.54 / hr.
