As Director of Product Management for Order Management Systems (OMS), you will shape the strategic direction of omnichannel retail solutions by leading product vision, roadmap development, and execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive product innovation, enhance customer value, and deliver cloud-native solutions that optimize retail operations. This role combines thought leadership with hands-on oversight of product lifecycle management, aligning engineering, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery. You will influence product strategy through market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis while mentoring a high-performing product management team. Accountabilities

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the OMS product line, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and customer value.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for product development, engineering, services, sales, and customer support teams.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Develop and evolve product management processes to deliver cloud-native solutions efficiently.
• Implement frequent feedback loops to gather customer and market insights for product validation and differentiation.
• Partner with go-to-market leadership to ensure alignment of product deliverables with market needs.
• Provide OMS thought leadership to internal teams and external audiences through presentations, blogs, and industry discussions.
• Oversee the product economics, cost evaluations, and strategic investment decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and innovation teams to explore new technologies and drive product improvements.
• Maintain a pipeline of ideas and solutions to foster continuous innovation and competitive differentiation.
• Align team capabilities, workflow, and staffing with strategic objectives and corporate priorities.
