An established and growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, delivering excellent client service, and supporting producers in account growth.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main contact for assigned commercial accounts, responding promptly to client inquiries.
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, claims, and other policy changes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and prepare renewal submissions, quotes, and proposals.
• Review policies for accuracy and ensure coverage meets client needs.
• Communicate with carriers to negotiate terms and resolve issues.
• Assist producers in identifying opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation in the agency management system.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
