Security Professional - Commercial Real Estate Site - Multiple Shifts

As a Security Professional in Anaheim, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your role involves monitoring entry points, managing access badges, and conducting routine patrols to stay visible and approachable. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Thur 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Fri 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
  • Provide customer service by assisting tenants, visitors, and / or employees with inquiries and directions in a professional manner.
  • Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies, including those related to access control and emergency response.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
  • Collaborate with property management and / or building staff to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
