Principal Product Manager - Data & AI Security

Relyance AI is redefining how organizations secure, govern, and trust AI systems and data in the era of intelligent, agentic software. As our Principal Product Manager - Data & AI Security , you'll lead strategy and execution for Relyance AI's next-generation security offerings - spanning AI Security Posture, AI Runtime Protection, and Dynamic Data Security for enterprise AI environments.

This role demands both strategic vision and deep technical understanding. You'll help shape the product roadmap, translate customer and market insights into action, and partner closely with Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable, trustworthy solutions that protect sensitive data across AI models, applications, and agent-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data & AI Security roadmap - shaping how enterprises protect sensitive data and AI systems across cloud, model, and runtime environments.
• Deeply understand customer needs and workflows - how data moves through AI models, APIs, and agentic workflows - to identify risks and uncover opportunities for protection and visibility.
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes , ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from concept and design through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement - balancing innovation with reliability and trust.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000.
