Job Overview

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services is a leading engineering firm providing high-quality design, inspection, and consulting services for clients including federal, state, and local agencies. We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with project-management experience to lead complex projects from conception to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects, from planning to design and construction.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and engineering standards.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings as needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, client presentations, and relationship-building.
