A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead conceptual and design duties for their Experience Team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide creative leadership and oversight of projects from inception to delivery

Lead and mentor designers, art directors, and specialists while actively engaged in projects

Collaborate with clients to create actionable, strategic briefs for creative teams

Required Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience in an agency or studio setting with a strong design background

Progressive creative vision with strengths in concept and narrative

Understanding and engagement with emerging technologies

Ability to direct small and large teams in both remote and in-person settings

Excellent organization and time management skills
