About this Role

Our Consultants are a key aspect of our services organization, working to ensure our customers have a successful implementation. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the way our customers do procurement. The primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional implementation and consulting services to our customers. You will collaborate closely with our customers to understand their unique needs, identify solutions to meet those needs, and ensure a seamless transition to Arkestro.

The consultants are proactive problem-solvers who can think creatively to meet customer needs. They advocate for the customer and are willing to defend the customer requirements, both internally and to the customer themselves.

The ideal candidate is passionate about making customers successful, has a problem-solving mindset, and can view situations from multiple perspectives before suggesting a solution. This person is confident in their expertise, acts as the voice of the customer within Arkestro, and guides customers to best-in-class solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the customer, along with the project team, to implement the Arkestro system in the customer’s procurement process.
• Utilize functional, technical, and product expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for Arkestro customers.
• Review, analyze and evaluate existing customer procurement processes and templates to map them effectively to the Arkestro solution.
• Act as lead across cross-functional teams to prepare the overall project plan and drive it through successful completion.
• Partner with business leads and IT team members to identify system or process improvements and enhancements. Be willing to challenge the status quo with new ideas and solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-based sustaining issues, product enhancements and change requests.
• Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer related to solution functionality as well as development and testing methodologies.

Pay Range

$120,000 — $150,000 USD
