The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. CPO, EPA Certifications (Recommended) Must have reliable transportation and tools. Must have a valid drivers license.
Summary
Operating and maintaining Preston Communities assets (apartment homes and / or office buildings) by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs.
- Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good street appeal.
- Completion of work orders.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of assets do not deteriorate.
- Perform daily trash pick up including pet waste, cigarette butts etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
